The contractor model

Four contract types

Blueprint

Before you spend on a build, spend a week on a plan. System design, data strategy, cost plan, build-vs-buy. Fixed fee, fully credited if we build. ~1 week.

Build

Pipelines, assistants, features, environments. Milestone payments — 10% kickoff, 40% midpoint, 50% on your QA approval. 2–6 weeks typical.

Inspection

Audits, validations, safety testing. Scored report with prioritized fixes. Fast, fixed fee, repeatable. ~1 week.

Maintenance

Accuracy drifts. Monthly testing, drift alerts, quality scorecards. Month to month, cancel anytime.
